Loss, Damage & Missing Items:: 

Damaged Items: 

We thoroughly inspect and carefully package every order before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your item has a defect upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. 

When reaching out, kindly include clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label.  

Lost Packages: 

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If you believe it may be lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly for further assistance. We are unable to provide support or compensation for items reported as delivered. 

Missing Items: 

  • If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

  • Include photos of the packaging and contents, along with your order details, to help us resolve the issue promptly. 

Note: 

  • Oúhre is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

  • For international orders, customs delays and additional handling by third-party couriers may occur, which are beyond our control.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
