Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items are shipped within 3–5 business days. Pre-order items will ship once ready.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn items within 7 days of delivery. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used towards future purchases. Please note that refunds to original payment methods are not offered.
Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please specify this when contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for you to use at a later date.
How long is my store credit valid for?
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please ensure you use your credit before it expires, as we are unable to extend validity or reissue expired credits.
