Returns & Exchanges Policy (Australia + International)

We want you to love your Oúhre piece. If it’s not quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Return window

  • Returns must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit (subject to the conditions above).
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Please note:
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.

Exchanges (Australia)

If you need a different size or style, we are happy to help.
  • Customers cover return shipping back to us.
  • Once your return is received and approved, customer covers shipping for the replacement item within Australia.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead.

Exchanges (International)

International exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return and reshipment costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. They may be returned for exchange or store credit only. 

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will prioritise a resolution (replacement or refund/store credit where appropriate).
In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

How to lodge a return

To begin a return, email info@ouhre.co within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Your preferred outcome (refund / exchange / store credit)
  • A brief reason for the return
We will reply with next steps.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Oúhre cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.

Store credit terms

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credits cannot be extended or reissued once expired.
  • Store credits may be used online at ouhre.co only.
